Al\u00e9m de escassas, muitas das bases de dados no contexto SRAC utilizam apenas rela\u00e7\u00f5es de coautoria como crit\u00e9rio de relev\u00e2ncia, negligenciando a import\u00e2ncia das avalia\u00e7\u00f5es expl\u00edcitas feitas por usu\u00e1rios. Para mitigar esse problema, propomos uma nova base de dados com r\u00f3tulos de relev\u00e2ncia explicitamente definidos, composta por mais de 2 mil pesquisadores, 30 \u00e1reas do conhecimento e aproximadamente 71 mil trabalhos associados.
