La m\u00e9thode dialectique a guid\u00e9 cette recherche, s\u2019appuyant sur une approche qualitative, et inclue une recherche empirique int\u00e9grant la collecte des perceptions de plus de quatre cents \u00e9l\u00e8ves du secondaire et l'analyse des documents des politiques publiques et de neufs projets p\u00e9dagogiques d\u2019\u00e9coles secondaires br\u00e9siliennes. L'analyse des documents et des perceptions des jeunes permet d'identifier la fragilit\u00e9 de l'apprentissage et de l'exp\u00e9rience des Droits de l'Homme dans les \u00e9coles br\u00e9siliennes. Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves d\u00e9montrent leurs attentes en mati\u00e8re d'\u00c9ducation aux Droits de l'Homme, exigeant un plus grand espace pour la participation, l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 de traitement, la libert\u00e9 d'expression et le questionnement.
