El texto de las conferencias acab\u00f3 por incorporar una parte importante de este mismo manuscrito, con peque\u00f1as modificaciones, en la introducci\u00f3n y an\u00e1lisis de la transformaci\u00f3n moderna de derechos en deberes. Este texto precursor ilumina el argumento central de Natural Bien y Historia en su conjunto. La conferencia est\u00e1 dedicada a la historia del derecho natural, pero el n\u00facleo de la presentaci\u00f3n es la transformaci\u00f3n de la antigua idea de justicia natural en la moderna doctrina de los derechos humanos, que tuvo un alto precio y termin\u00f3 siendo cuestionada. con la crisis jur\u00eddica moderna.
