Este artigo apresenta o desenvolvimento do \u2018Chronos: Odisseias Alternativas\u2019, um jogo s\u00e9rio h\u00edbrido e imersivo para reabilita\u00e7\u00e3o da percep\u00e7\u00e3o temporal. Objetivos: Descrever o processo de co-design e os resultados, destacando a import\u00e2ncia da colabora\u00e7\u00e3o interdisciplinar na cria\u00e7\u00e3o de solu\u00e7\u00f5es tecnol\u00f3gicas para a sa\u00fade. M\u00e9todos: O desenvolvimento seguiu uma metodologia de co-design em dois workshops com uma equipe multidisciplinar formada por cl\u00ednicos e profissionais de Tecnologia da Informa\u00e7\u00e3o. O jogo integra tarefas cognitivas, treinamento da percep\u00e7\u00e3o temporal e autorrelatos emocionais, utilizando uma arquitetura de Metaverse as a Service para modular a percep\u00e7\u00e3o do tempo por meio de est\u00edmulos multimodais. Resultados: O co-design indicou ampla aceita\u00e7\u00e3o interdisciplinar e valida\u00e7\u00e3o conceitual. Os participantes destacaram o engajamento, o potencial terap\u00eautico para Alzheimer, Parkinson e TDAH, e a inova\u00e7\u00e3o da abordagem multimodal.
