Penelitian ini adalah model Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan alat bantu analisis SmartPLS 3.0. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Manajemen UPI \"YPTK\" Padang. Hasil penelitian menemukan Terdapat pengaruh antara Citra Merek terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Dimana nilai P-Value (0,001 &lt; 0,05) dan nilai t-statistik (3,422 &gt;1,96). Terdapat pengaruh antara Kualitas Produk terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan.Dimana nilai P-Value (0,008 &lt; 0,05) dan nilai t-statistik (2,659 &gt;1,96). Terdapat Pengaruh antara Citra Merek terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. Dimana nilai P-Value (0,043 &lt; 0,05) dan nilai t-statistik (2,030 &gt; 1,96). Tidak terdapat pengaruh antara Kualitas Produk terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. Dimana nilai P-Value (0,978 &gt; 0,05) dan nilai t-statistik (0,028 &lt; 1,96). Terdapat antara Kepuasan Pelanggan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. Dimana nilai P-Value (0,000 &lt; 0,05) dan nilai t-statistik (3,933 &gt; 1,96). Kepuasan Pelanggan memediasi Citra Merek terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. Dimana nilai P-Value (0,021 &lt; 0,05)\u00a0 dan nilai t-statistik (2,307 &gt; 1,96). Kepuasan Pelanggan memediasi Kualitas Produk terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan.
