Ces NPs pr\u00e9sentent plusieurs fonctionnalit\u00e9s leur permettant de r\u00e9aliser des t\u00e2ches multiples. Deux types de sondes bimodales ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s et \u00e9tudi\u00e9s afin d'\u00e9valuer leur potentiel comme agents (1) de contraste en IRM et (2) luminescents. Ces objetscombinent les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s des complexes de lanthanide (Ln3+) et celles des NPs de silice ou de type coeur-\u00e9corce Fe2O3@SiO2 pour une imagerie bimodale. Ces NPs test\u00e9es sur des cellules vivantes ont permis d\u2019illustrer la preuve du concept aussi bien en IRM avec une augmentation d'intensit\u00e9 des images et un impact significatif sur les relaxivities r1, r2 et r2* qu\u2019en photoluminescence.
