In this approach, these tasks are formally described and solved within the framework of three basic tasks of qualimetry of models and polymodel complexes (PMC). These are the mentioned above tasks: the task of analysing proactive control of structural dynamics of a evolving situation, the task observing the controlled structural dynamics of evolving situation, the task of proactive control of structural dynamics of evolving situation.
