This article presents a research tool based on the UTAUT model, aimed at building a SEM model to investigate the technological readiness of teachers at all levels of education for implementing AI tools in the teaching process. The tool examines factors influencing the acceptance and effectiveness of AI tools. The questionnaire includes hypotheses and questions related to personalized learning, the automation of assessment processes, as well as the ethical and organizational challenges associated with implementing new technologies.

A preliminary analysis of the results obtained during the testing phase indicates that the tool is of high quality. Respondents’ feedback and the initial analysis were used to evaluate the tool with the goal of developing a SEM model. The analysis shows that teachers’ perceived usefulness and ease of use of AI tools significantly impact their readiness to adopt them. Moreover, the study emphasizes the crucial role of external support (e.g., from employers, policymakers, or training programs) and the need for a thoughtful approach to integrating AI into education—enhancing teaching quality and communication with students while preserving the teacher’s pivotal role and authority.
[[2025,7,23
["Theoretical Underpinnings Of The Teacher Technological Readiness Instrument
[[2025,6,24
["ECMS 2025 Proceedings edited by Marco Scarpa, Salvatore Cavalieri, Salvatore Serrano, Fabrizio De Vita
[[2025,7,23
[[2025,6,24
[[2025,6,24]]}}}
