This paper examines the synergistic integration of Federated Learning (FL), Collaborative Robotics (cobots), and Autonomous Systems (AS), exploring their combined potential in shaping the trajectory toward Industry 5.0. We present a comprehensive analysis of how these technologies collectively enhance the capabilities of industrial systems, with emphasis on human-machine collaboration, resilience, adaptability, and sustainability. A case study centred on a disaster response scenario is introduced to illustrate the practical benefits of this technological convergence in real-world, high-stress environments.
