Using reusable timber wall panels in Norway as a case study, we operationalize the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) through a logistic purchase probability function that links environmental awareness, perceived convenience, policy intensity, and product attitude to market adoption. Simulation experiments with 576 scenarios reveal strong nonlinear propagation effects from micro-level behavioral parameters to macro-level system outcomes, which are often overlooked in static assessment tools. Environmental awareness and policy strength significantly shift the system toward low-emission regimes, while lease pricing primarily affects economic viability without directly reducing carbon emissions.
