Therefore, the draught force of various agricultural soil tools has been studied extensively to reduce the harmful effects. The aim of our paper was to fill missing research in this area, specifically the effects of design supported passively vibrating sweep tools on draught forces, by creating prototype sweep tools for low velocity, soil bin measurements with homogenous sandy soil, using 3D printing. Vibrations and resonant behaviour of the tools were analysed using Fast Fourier Transformations applied to the measured draught force data. Two different discrete element simulation environments were established to serve as digital twins for the laboratory soil bin measurements and calibrated these to achieve comparable behaviour.
