It assesses  the effects that reputation has on architects\u2019 individual trajectories  and the mechanisms involved in that process. The author seeks seek to show  the extent to which \u201csmall forces\u201d, collaborative networks and the specificity  of published or built architectural works expand, or change reputational  phenomena.
