The study targeted Oyo, Ogun and Lagos States due to housing deficits and concentration of building and engineering firms in the States. An Infrastructure planning framework was employed for the study. Questionnaire survey was used to collect data from housing\/infrastructure ministry officials and private-sector built-environment construction &amp; engineering professionals in the study area. Results indicated that the predominant technological specifications for detached timber modular houses were 120 ft \u00d7 120 ft (50%), 60 ft \u00d7 120 ft (37.5%), and 60 ft \u00d7 60 ft (10%). The economic viability assessment revealed Present Worth (PW) and Annual Worth (AW) of \u20a6220 and 265.5 million respectively, indicating financial feasibility of timber modular housing development.
