The research object of this study is the regulatory legal acts in the field of mass housing constructions in 1955-1969. Based on the study of regulatory legal acts on this issue, it was possible to identify their influence on the development of the construction industry and mass housing constructions in the USSR during the studied period, which is the research subject of this study. The author analyzes all the major laws that were important for the development of mass housing constructions and highlights the features of each of them. This research is based on the principle of historicism. Its implementation allowed the author to consider mass housing constructions as a process taking into account specific historical facts in its development. In addition, the author used the problem-chronological method to consider the topic in its historical sequence. Microorganisms get to the organism of snails systematically and their presence confirms certain mechanism of infection of gastropods molluscs and in such way characterizes the object from the point of view of potential danger. Food product including snails\u2019 meat is a favourable medium for their development. In order to prevent the development of microorganisms it is necessary to minimize or to limit the influence of the factors of environment on the organism of snails. Air, soil and water belong to such factors. At certain conditions pathogenic microbes get to the intestines of snails from the environment and can penetrate to other organs and muscles. As a result, meat from such snails is of low quality and biodegradable. It was determined in the conducted research that for snails breeding it is necessary to minimize negative influence of environmental factors of air, soil and water. The purpose of this work was to develop methods for determining the degree of freshness of snail meat by the content of ammonia and ammonium salts with Nessler's reagent, peroxidase in meat with copper sulfate solution, and processing a smear-print from meat with a fluorescent dye and to determine the quality of meat by the number of green pixels. During the research, first of all, it was determined the organoleptic characteristics of shellfish meat, which reflect their freshness. Next, research was performed to determine the enzymes and ammonia that are produced during meat storage. The following reagents were used: copper sulfate solution, Nessler's reagent, and fluorescent dye \u2013 acridine orange. The equipment used for these reactions was used, namely: a KFK-2-UHL 4.2 photometer and an SMT fluorescence microscope with a working current of 2.5 A. Thus, schemes for establishing reactions for determining the degree of freshness of snail meat were developed and tested: biochemical, photometric, and immunofluorescence methods. The stability of the indicators for determining the degree of freshness was established. It is analysed that the data presented relate only to the research on snail meat. Utility model patents have been granted for each method. For this, the absorbance was measured in filtered meat-water extract with Nessler\u2019s reagent added. The method can be used in laboratories to determine the quality of meat of snails during their processing and sale. The results of using this method allow obtaining quantitative values when assessing the quality of snails of different degrees of freshness. A selection of 180 Helix pomatia snails was studied. They were divided into three groups, 60 snails in each, in accordance with the meat freshness degree. Three degrees of meat freshness were distinguished: fresh, questionably fresh, and stale. Meat samples were taken from all the snails of each group. Then the meat was ground, and 2.00 g portions were taken from each sample. 20.00, 30.00, 40.00, and 50.00 cm3 of distilled water were added successively to the weighed portions. They were infused for 15 minutes and then filtered. 0.50 cm3 of Nessler\u2019s reagent was added to 3.00 \u0441\u043c3 of the filtrate. The absorbance of the colour intensity of the meat-water extracts was measured with a concentration photocolourimeter extended in the range of light waves from 400 nm to 490 nm. It has been established that the highest absorbance indicates stale meat, the lowest is characteristic of fresh meat, and the value of absorbance for questionably fresh meat lies in between. Thus, when the concentration of snail meat extract was 1:10, at the wavelength 440 nm, the absorbance values were 1.243\u00b10.031 for stale meat, 0.262\u00b10.034 for fresh meat, and 0.804\u00b10.054 for questionably fresh meat. This may be due to an increase in the ammonia concentration during the meat spoilage process. The three degrees of meat freshness were best determined at the wavelengths 440 nm and 490 nm. Both groups are studied with regard to their self-attitude, self-confidence and relationships with significant adults. Sample: 96 teenagers aged between 14 and 16 years (46 of them live in or- phanages). Methods: Self-attitude methodology by S.R. Pantileev, Trust questionnaire by T.P. Skripkina, Child-parent relationships questionnaire by O.A. Karabanova and P.V. Troyanskaya, Life Satisfaction scale by E. Diner. The research proved the level of trust in orphanage-raised teenagers to be considerably lower than that of family-raised teenagers. The way teenagers see their relationships with significant adults also turned out to be fairly different in case of orphanage-raised groups due to their caregivers' authoritarian attitude towards them and lack of empathy and communication. The study also shows that the level of life satisfaction in the orphanage group is significantly below the average and substantially lower than in the group from family-raised teenagers. Positive self-attitude, person\u2019s approval of his\/ her intellectual capacities, as well as the caregiver's understanding of his pupil's features, are predictors of life satisfaction in the group of teenagers from orphanages. A questionnaire was used as a diagnostic tool. For statistical data analysis, descriptive statistics methods and correlation analysis were used. The sample consisted of students of Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University (n=200). The results of the study showed that systematic sports activities are positively correlated with academic performance (r=0.62) and show a negative relationship with stress levels (r=-0.58). The dominant barriers to physical activity are high academic load and lack of time. In these circumstances, the problem of preservingUkrainian national identity becomes urgent. The article deals with conditions of the linguisticidentity as the bearer of the Ukrainian national cultural space. Based on the analysis of currentresearches of individual language learning the author concludes that linguistic identity is a socialphenomenon. The development and establishment of the linguistic personality arises in the processof education, training, communication, i.e. in different activities depending on the nature of thesocial environment in general and speech environment in particular. However, some scientificresearch allow to affirm the need to incorporate formative influence of the nature on the linguisticidentity. The focus of the article is Carpathian region as an environment in which ethnic cultureand language were almost no external influences. Ukrainians quickly realized that among all areas of animal husbandry, heliceculture is the most profitable. At the same time, you can start a business almost from scratch, and the risks are minimized. This is how the snail boom spread throughout the territory, and now molluscs are grown in almost all cities of Ukraine. It should be remembered veterinary and sanitary requirements on snail farms must be given important attention, because if they are violated, it can lead to the death of molluscs and cause great losses. Taking into account the importance of growing snails in farms and the lack of regulatory and technical documentation in our country, the purpose of this work was to clarify the main veterinary and sanitary requirements for such farms. In this work, the general veterinary and sanitary rules for snail breeding farms, requirements for water and feed, preparation for transportation, vehicles, types of containers, packaging materials and requirements for keeping snails in the field in the summer are carefully considered. Owners of snail farming farms are obliged to implement economic and veterinary-sanitary measures that ensure the prevention of the death of molluscs, maintain premises and facilities for storing feed and processing snail-farming products in proper condition, prevent environmental pollution with waste, comply with zoohygienic and veterinary-sanitary requirements for placement, construction, commissioning of objects related to keeping snails. Compliance with these requirements in the farm plays a big role in the cultivation and maintenance of snails. This will make it possible to grow snails, avoiding any diseases that are inherent to them and death, which will make it possible to obtain snail farming products of high quality and safety. Products made from this meat contain few calories per 100 grams and fill the human body with useful elements. They can be prepared by cooking, namely escargot with various fillings (Burgundy snails, Catalan snails, Asian snails, snails with porcini mushrooms), and also, now a new type of product containing m gastropod mollusks \u2013 puffs with snails. If determining the quality and nutritional value of meat, it is necessary to determine indicators, if there is doubt about its suitability, which characterize the chemical composition, freshness, as well as the determination of microbiological contamination. The purpose of this work was to determine the features and practical aspects of examination of gastropod molluscs \u2013 snails. The studies highlighted in the scientific publications of Ukrainian scientists are significant, but they relate to the determination of the degree of freshness of snail meat by various methods and the organization of snail farming in various ways. Snails are a delicacy, dietary product of high commercial value and belong to the few types of food products. They are subject to mandatory veterinary and sanitary examination. A special feature of examination of snails is microbiological and bacteriological types of control to establish their general safety. In the course of research, first of all, the organoleptic indicators of molluscs, which reflect their freshness, are determined. Next, they conduct research on the presence of pathogenic microflora, determine the presence of radionuclides, conduct bacteriological research. In addition to the mollusk itself, the water with which they are irrigated, as well as the soil \u2013 the permanent habitat of snails \u2013 are also examined for the presence of helminth eggs. The actual material for this study was 950 medical terms. The authors used the following methods: continuous sampling method, component and comparative analysis, method of word definition. The authors gave a characterization of the stages and factors of the development concept \u201cterminology\u201d, in particular, medical terminology. The analysis of scientific texts, articles in medicine and biology allows to identifying the eponymic terms. A proper name is a characteristic feature of these eponymic terms as binary phrase. Formation of the derived from a large number of compound terms confirms the viability and morphological value of this type of terms. Their translation into the Russian language is accompanied by a number of problems. The authors present the possible ways of translating eponymic terms in Russian: descriptive translation with the personal name and descriptive-explanatory translation without personal name. The first method can be effective for eponymic terms that have become traditional and understandable for every medical practitioner. This method requires the translation with transliteration of personal name. The second method, descriptive-explanatory, may be useful if there are multiple synonymic eponymic terms. Over the past \nfew years, this type of shellfish has been intensively harvested for processing \nand exporting abroad. However, there is not much data on the nutritional \nproperties of snail meat, and there is practically no such information in \nUkraine. The aim of this study is to determine the chemical composition (wet, \ndry matter, and energy value) of raw and cooked snail meat Helix aspersa \nmaxima, Helix aspersa muller, Helix pomatia and conducting their comparative \nanalysis among themselves with other types of meat. Indicators of nutritional \nproperties were determined according to the following methods. The \nmoisture and fat content was determined according to DSTU ISO 1442:2005; \nDSTU ISO 1443:2005, respectively. The mass fraction of dry matter, protein, \nash, and caloric content of meat was determined by the methods described \nby P.V. Zhitenko and others. Comparative analysis of snail meat with other \nanimal species was carried out based on literature sources. In the study, \nthe authors found that on average in snails of the following species: Helix \naspersa maxima, Helix aspersa muller, Helix pomatia it contains moisture \u2013 \n72.03\u00b10.29% and dry matter \u2013 27.97\u00b10.29%, of which: protein \u2013 22.83\u00b10.3%, \nfat \u2013 0.23\u00b10.03%, carbohydrates \u2013 2.07\u00b10.17%. It was determined that the \nindicators of moisture, dry matter, protein, fat, carbohydrates, ash and energy \nvalue in snails of all three species taken in the experiment did not differ \nsignificantly from each other. At the same time a sample of boiled snail meat \nHelix pomatia it has a higher chemical composition compared to the other \ntwo types of snails, namely: dry matter (28.5%), protein (23.4%), fat (0.3%) and \nenergy value (103.9 kcal\/100 g). Comparing the obtained data on the study of \nthe chemical composition of raw and boiled meat of the same snail species, \nit was found that boiled meat is 14.2% more energetically valuable than \nraw, both in kCal\/100 g and in kJ\/100 g. The meaning of \u00absystem\u00bb is clarified. It is established that legal liability has the characteristics and properties of the system. With the help of a systematic approach, the relevance of the interaction of different types of responsibilities is substantiated. Attention is drawn to the tendency to expand the range of social relations governed by the rule of law, borrowing the rules of international law, the formation of complex branches of law. As a result, traditional sectoral types of legal liability are endowed with signs of intersectoral nature. It is proved that the responsibility for violating the legislation on prevention and spread of particularly dangerous infectious diseases is also endowed with signs of intersectoral, as its specific object is to protect public health from the emergence and spread of particularly dangerous infectious diseases and its provision is supported by the presence of different types of liability and types of offenses, which together form a single, holistic system of such liability. The criterion for distinguishing such a system has become the object of an offense. The close interdisciplinary connection between administrative and criminal responsibility is emphasized. Positive and negative approaches to the understanding of administrative and criminal liability in general, as well as in the field of occurrence and spread of particularly dangerous infectious diseases are researched. Emphasis is placed on the need to distinguish between the concepts of \u00abresponsibility\u00bb and \u00abpunishment\u00bb. Arguments in favour of a broad approach to the interpretation of legal liability in general and to liability in this area are presented. Family is considered as a dynamic formation, in the course of which qualitatively different periods are distinguished. The article presents the results of a study of the behavior of spouses at different stages of the family life cycle. At the empirical level, the hypothesis is proved that the behavior in the conflict of spouses at different stages of the family life cycle is different. For couples at the middle stage, such conflict behavior strategies as cooperation and compromise are characteristic. Married couples who are at the stage of mature marriage tend to resort to rivalry in conflict situations. As the stages of the life cycle of family development pass, the spheres of marital conflict change.
