While extant research identified many factors that influence how choices for others are made, much of this literature focused on product\u2010specific factors or motivations pertaining to the process of exchange to understand choice\u2010for\u2010others phenomena. Little is known about the influence of consumer\u2010relevant factors on choices made for other people. In the current research, we examine how choices for others are influenced by consumers' own salient personal goals (e.g., to get fit, to succeed professionally). We find that consumers choose goal\u2010inconsistent options for others to enhance their own perception of progress toward their salient goal. This effect is most robust when a salient goal is held at an individual (vs. group) level and when the choice\u2010for\u2010other situation exhibits a relationship (vs. recipient) focus. The methodological issues of studying the dynamics of the coastal zone of the Sambian Peninsula using ground data and optical images of high and ultra-high resolution are considered. The estimation of the measurement error of the coastline on satellite images by comparison with the data of ground-based measurements of the coordinates of the coastline was carried out. It has been established that remote measurement of the coastal boundary of the sea using optical images is possible with an error not exceeding a few meters. It is shown that Change Detection is used to detect spatio-temporal changes in the coastal zone in multi-time images. Analysis of the quantitative assessment of changes in the area of erosion and accumulative sites on the coast of the Sambian Peninsula over the study period 2010-2017. Showed the prevalence of abrasion processes over accumulative, which is also confirmed by ground-based observations in the survey of the coastal zone after the storm in the period 2012-2017. Particular attention is paid to the creation of material and technical conditions, taking into account the specifics of blended learning models implementation, the organizational and regulatory components of this process in conditions of a lack of financial resources (in particular, centralized access to the resources of the school media center). The approaches to content creation for information and educational environment are analyzed, taking into account their variability and educational organization capabilities, the analysis of management decisions is carried out. Particular attention is paid to the preparation of subjects of the educational process for the implementation of blended learning. Considering the issues of improving the qualifications of teaching staff, a comprehensive analysis of the problem and the associated need for a systematic approach to its solution are noted; variability of managerial decision making; advantages of in-house training and the creation of temporary creative teams are noted. The paper reveals the problems of preparing students for blended learning, gives recommendations for extracurricular activities organization aimed at students digital competence development in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard. In conclusion, it is noted that there is a need for a systematic and planned nature of measures to introduce blended learning and monitor the achievement of the set goals, which will require the development of a system of criteria and indicators of the attainability of the The article is devoted to the definition of the value and role of personnel policy in ensuring the personnel security of the enterprise.&#x0D;\nThe research methodology is based on a conceptual understanding of the personnel policy as a tool for ensuring personnel security through a set of internal regulations that define the interaction of the employer and employees, allowing, among other tasks, to solve the most important task of preventing threats to the economic security of business from the staff. Based on the study of the personnel policy of a successful Russian company, JSC \"Transneft Siberia\", it is concluded that it can be defined as a tool for ensuring personnel security, while indicators with sum values that can be used as indicators of personnel security are identified.&#x0D;\nThe result of the study is a convincing argument for defining personnel policy as a tool for ensuring personnel security, a description of the personnel policy of Transneft Siberia as a set of internal regulations and an indication of the threshold values of personnel security indicators established by this company with a critical assessment. Each student at the beginning of the training fills in an individual educational plan containing a list of basic disciplines and elective courses studied in the current year in the electronic environment of the university. In addition, the student plans extracurricular\u00a0 work. Extracurricular work is an integral component of the system of vocational education, allowing, with its effective organization, to form the general cultural, professional and professional competencies of future specialists. The article is devoted to the search for effective forms of extracurricular activity for creative self-realization of students within the framework of individual educational trajectories.<\/jats:p><jats:p><jats:bold>Materials and methods<\/jats:bold>: When writing the article, the following methods were used: analysis of domestic and foreign literature, comparative analysis, and pedagogical experiment.<\/jats:p><jats:p><jats:bold>Results:<\/jats:bold>The experience of the organization of extracurricular activities for future bachelors of directions of preparation \"Information systems and technologies\" Minin Nizhny Novgorod State Pedagogical University is presented. The possibilities of volunteer activity within the framework of the project \"Your course: IT for youth\", organization of various events of the week of Russian informatics, networking projects are considered. The didactic potential of the network project activity of students in the framework of the information and educational environment of the basic professional educational program is analyzed. The methodological potential of spiral curriculum in teaching future linguists French grammar is considered. This student-oriented technology is used to develop students\u2019 skills in applying acquired knowledge in a foreign language to solve professional problems, it promotes the integration and structuring of acquired knowledge, and ensures the transition of educational activities into professional ones. The theoretical description of the spiral method is analyzed, its importance for teaching students grammar and its correct use in the process of written and oral communication is substantiated. The purpose of the research is to study the theoretical foundations of the construction of spiral curriculum, its application in teaching French grammar to future linguists, as well as to prove its productivity in the development of grammatical competence during French lessons.<\/jats:p><jats:p><jats:bold>Materials and Methods.<\/jats:bold> In the research the following manuals are used: \u201cFrench language\u201d by M.S. Levina, O.B. Samsonova, V.V. Kharauzova and \u201c\u00c0 l\u2019heure actuelle\u201d by Lucia Bonato. Theoretical analysis of scientific and methodological literature, advanced methodological experience; experiential learning; observation; survey; descriptions; elements of quantitative calculations are used.<\/jats:p><jats:p><jats:bold>Results and Discussion<\/jats:bold>. To create a didactic spiral, the following components are proposed: the main idea or purpose of studying the material, secondary (and subsequent) ideas, connections between components, illustrative material, color stimulus, and others corresponding to the topic of the course. The algorithm for working with spiral curriculum is defined, which includes four stages: information and preparatory (organizing work with the topic being studied), technological (student participation in discussion, analysis and comparison of studied grammatical forms), conceptualizing (drawing up mental maps and performing exercises), evaluative (testing and error correction). The following oral and written tasks are defined: discussion, testing, grammar exercises. The expediency of using spiral curriculum in teaching French grammar is confirmed in the experiment conducted by the authors; statistical calculations and survey of students have proven the effectiveness of the proposed technology.<\/jats:p><jats:p><jats:bold>Conclusion<\/jats:bold>. The effectiveness of using spiral curriculum in teaching French grammar to future linguists is proven. This technique ensures the integration of material and a smooth transition from educational activities to professional ones at each stage of the didactic spiral. The distribution of material from simple to more complex helps the student to master it in an organized and systematic manner. The compilation and use of mental maps improves and trains long-term memory, and has a positive effect on the learning and correct use of grammatical structures. Mind maps provide the opportunity to visually arrange material on the \u201csurface\u201d, making it easier to perceive and visualize it. Med."],"abstract":"<jats:p>Fever is the most common symptom of most infectious diseases and, to a moderate extent, has a protective-compensatory effect with increased blood bactericidality and activation of immune mechanisms. A pathological variant of fever, in which there is a rapid and inadequate increase in body temperature, accompanied by microcirculation disorder, metabolic disorders, increasing dysfunction of vital organs and systems, in particular, the damage to the central nervous system is hyperthermic syndrome, which requires active antipyretic and symptomatic therapy. Polysystemic dysfunctions associated with hyperthermia and the course of the infectious process can change the metabolic status of antipyretic drugs and sensitivity to their action, which can increase the frequency and severity of side effects, including the development of hypothermia and\/or a sharp decrease in body temperature. The purpose of the study is to study the quality of the harvest of young V. amurensis plants in the conditions of the Lower Volga region. The assortment of the young vineyard was studied, the technological features of the cultivated raw materials for the production of direct squeezed natural juice were determined. The accumulation of sugars, titrated and ascorbic acids in the juice of berries during the growth and development of grapes is determined. In the course of a laboratory study of the accumulation of sugars in young fruiting grape bushes in the third year of fruiting, it was found that the greatest accumulation of sugar between V. amurensis cultivars Proryv bely, Amursky proryv, Amursky triumph and others is within 27.0\u201422.0%, between Euro-Amur: Severny plechistik, Neretinsky, Marinovsky \u2013 23.0\u201418.0%. Grapes of Amur and Euro-Amur origin in the conditions of the Lower Volga region have a high level of ascorbic acid, which correlates with the level of antioxidants in the berry.
