Current LLMs can complete analogies when both source and target are supplied, yet cannot autonomously discover non-obvious cross-domain structural connections \u2014 a gap that is architectural, not merely a matter of scale. \n&lt;br&gt;\n&lt;br&gt;\n The suite introduces the Mechanistic Resonance Interface (MRI), a biologically-motivated dual-process system comprising: (I) the MRI overview and theoretical foundations; (II) a Pattern Tokenisation framework using a Gaussian Mixture Variational Autoencoder (GM-VAE) that encodes patterns as probability distributions capturing Integrity, Coherence, and Relevance (ICR); (III) a Long-Term Pattern Library with dynamic ICR calibration; (IV) a Fast Intuitive System using Locality-Sensitive Hashing for sub-linear retrieval; (V) an Exhaustive Analogical System for deep nexus detection across domains; (VI) an ICR Mediation Layer unifying fast and slow outputs; (VII) a Memory Consolidation Pipeline for experience-driven library refinement; (VIII) MRI Integration protocols for embedding the architecture into existing LLMs; (IX) the MRI Tower \u2014 a unified end-to-end implementation blueprint; and (X) Recursive Cognitive Augmentation, addressing how the system improves itself through deployment. \n&lt;br&gt;\n&lt;br&gt;\n Together the ten papers form a complete, self-consistent theoretical system addressing autonomous analogical discovery, alignment through structural coherence, and recursive self-improvement within the constraints of current transformer architectures.
