In addition, MLs provide a number of solutions for medical imaging, resources, medical data processing, detection, diagnosis, and prediction. Recently, many applications have appeared in the field of medicine and healthcare, which are closely related to the IoT. Although, skepticism remains\nregarding the practical application and interpretation of results from ML-based approaches in\nhealthcare settings, the inclusion of these approaches is increasing at a rapid pace. Here we provide\na brief overview of machine learning-based approaches and learning algorithms including supervised,\nunsupervised, and reinforcement learning along with examples. Second, we discuss the application\nof ML in several healthcare fields, including radiology, genetics, electronic health records,\nand neuroimaging.
