To study lactulose-containing prebiotic feed additives in feeding Kalmyk fat-tailed rams, evaluate their effect on growth and development indicators, and determine the physiological state of animals when they are used. Materials and Methods. LLC \"Baska\" of Yustinsky district of the Republic of Kalmykia was chosen for the experiment. The experimental part of the work was conducted on 45 rams of Kalmyk fat-tailed breed, selected according to the principle of pair-analogs in three groups of 15 animals each. The animals in the first group (control group) received general economic ration (OR); the second group \u2013 OR + feed additive \"Lactumin-1\" at a dose of 0.6% of the weight of concentrates; the third group \u2013 OR + feed additive \"LactuSuper\" at a dose of 0.5% of the weight of concentrates. The conditions of the experimental young animals were the same for all experimental groups and corresponded to the generally accepted zootechnical and veterinary norm. The study of blood parameters was carried out in the conditions of Complex Analytical Laboratory of VRIMMP (Volgograd) using analyzers URiT-3020 Vet Plus (China) and URiT-800 Vet (China), lysozyme, bactericidal and phagocytic activity \u2013 using the methods of Dorofeychuk V.G. and Fedyuk V.V. In order to study the effect of lactulose-containing feed additives on the live weight of experimental animals, the rams were individually weighed every 30-31 days. The results obtained during the experiment and laboratory conditions were processed using mathematical and statistical methods by calculating the reliability criterion (Student-Fisher method) in the Statistica 10.0 program. Results. Addition of lactulose-containing additives to the diet had a positive effect on blood parameters, contributed to the improvement of the natural immunity of animals and an increase in live weight: at the age of 4 months the content of total protein in the rams blood of I and II groups increased by 1.63% (P\u22650.95) compared to the control group, lysozyme activity \u2013 by 1.4 and 2.7% (P\u22650.95), bactericidal \u2013 by 0.37 and 1.24%, phagocytic \u2013 by 3.39% (P\u22650.95) and 4.7% (P\u22650.99), live weight \u2013 by 4.93% (P\u22650 .99) 7.56% (P\u22650.999); at the age of 6 months the amount of total protein was greater by 1.63 and 3.29% (P\u22650.95), lysozyme activity \u2013 by 1.88 and 2.84% (P\u22650.95), bactericidal activity \u2013 by 0.59 and 1 .42%, phagocytic \u2013 by 1.54% (P\u22650.95) and 3.98% (P\u22650.99), live weight \u2013 by 2.39% (P\u22650.95) 4.36% (P\u22650.99), respectively. Conclusion. Study the rate of spread of resistance of pathogenic microflora to a number of antibacterial drugs used in the therapeutic and preventive scheme at one of the operating poultry farms in the south of Russia, depending on the duration of the period of use.  Materials and Methods. Veterinary and preventive measures were carried out according to the plan of antiepizootic measures. Antibacterial preparations were used for prophylactic antibacterial treatment of broiler chickens: Enrofloxacin \u2013 the first preventive treatment of chickens by drinking at the age of 1-5 days, Colistin \u2013 the second preventive treatment of broiler at the age of 20-25 days. Results. Antibacterial drugs Enrofloxacin, Colistin, which in the first two rounds showed their good effectiveness in the prevention of pathogenic microflora of broiler chickens, during the period of use in the therapeutic and prophylactic scheme on the tested broiler chickens of the third round of fattening, lost their effectiveness due to mutations and the adaptability of the microbial background to this type of antibiotics, which also affected the safety of livestock and production indicators according to the results of the round.  Conclusion. Study of the effectiveness of the use of the feed additive \"Mega HenOn\" in the training of chickens of an industrial herd of the cross \"Highsex brown\" under heat stress. Materials and Methods. Evaluation of the efficiency was carried out for 32 weeks on industrial chickens in the amount of 70 heads. During the experiment, the egg production of chickens (daily), feed costs, and the category of eggs were taken into account. To determine the quality characteristics of edible eggs, GOST 31654-2012 \u201cEdible hen eggs. Technical conditions\". Results. The studied additive had a positive effect on the egg productivity of chickens, both during heat stress and during normalization of the temperature regime. At the age of 47-50 weeks (June-July, the ambient temperature during the daytime increased to 38-40\u00b0C), egg production dropped sharply, and in the control group it was 79.03%, and in the experimental group, despite the decrease, it exceeded this indicator by 3.63%. At the age of 51-58 weeks (July-August, the increase increased to 36\u00b0C), the decrease in egg production continued, but in comparison with the previous period, there was a certain trend towards recovery, which amounted to 85.51%, exceeding the control by 2.22%. The studied feed additive, to some extent, neutralized the negative effect of heat stress on the body of birds. In general, over the period of the experiment, the egg-laying intensity in the experimental group was 89.1%, and in the control group - 87.09%. The cost of producing 10 eggs in the experimental group is 1.29 kg, which is 0.07 kg less than in the control group. The yield of eggs of the category \"superior\" and \"selected\" in the experimental group exceeded the control by 0.53 and 16.89%. The yield of eggs of the II category turned out to be higher in the control group and amounted to 29.56%, which is higher than in the experimental group by 13.73%. Conclusion. The use of the innovative \u201cMega HenOn\u201d feed additive, in the diets of chickens during the heat stress period, contributed to a more complete realization of the genetic potential of birds, due to the stabilization of metabolic processes in the body of birds, an increase in egg production, a decrease in the yield of culling eggs and, as a consequence, an increase in the level of profitability by To study the slaughter qualities of mixed young cattle and the chemical composition of beef obtained from it. Materials and Methods. The object of research is 18-month-old crossbred bulls, obtained as a result of industrial crossing of Kazakh white-headed cattle bulls with heifers of the Simmental breed (group I), Hereford bulls with heifers of the Simmental breed (group II) and Kalmyk bulls with heifers of red steppe cattle (group III). Purebred bulls of the Kazakh white-headed breed were used as a control group. Chemical analysis of beef samples was carried out according to the following methods and GOST standards: moisture content was determined by drying the sample to a constant mass at a temperature of 100-105 \u00b0C according to GOST 9793-2016; protein content \u2013 by the amount of protein nitrogen by the Kjeldahl method according to GOST 25011-2017; fat content \u2013 according to GOST 23042-2015; ash content \u2013 according to GOST 31727-2012; the amino acid and vitamin composition was determined according to the method of measuring the mass fraction of amino acids and vitamins by the KE method on the Kapel-105M system, the concentration of hydrogen ions (pH) according to GOST R 51478-99. Calorie content of 100 g \/ meat was calculated using the formula of V. M. Aleksandrov. Results. To assess the meat productivity of crossbred steers, their control slaughter was carried out, which showed that the largest slaughter weight and slaughter yield were possessed by steers of the II experimental group \u2013 312.4 kg and 61.0%. Beef samples from young animals of the II experimental group had the highest content of dry matter. The difference with peers from the control, I and III groups was 0.27, 0.21 and 0.63%, respectively. It was also noted that the crossbred young of the II experimental group surpassed purebred Kazakh white-headed bulls in protein content by 1.67%. The difference with the crossbreeds from group I and III is 1.38 and 2.3% respectively. A study of the vitamin composition of the beef of experimental young animals showed that the resulting beef was relatively rich in vitamins of group B. beef obtained from crossbred bulls of the II experimental group has a higher biological value  (Protein qualitative indicator = 5.86 compared with the control 5.59). The increase in protein qualitative indicator is mainly due to the higher content of tryptophan in beef of the experimental group II \u2013 by 9.0% (494.40 mg% compared with 453.86 mg% in the control). The pH value of the water-meat extract in bulls of different genotypes is almost the same and ranged from 5.41 to 5.49. Conclusion. Efficiency assessment of the use of feed additive with including in the diet of poultry. Materials and Methods. The conditions of keeping poultry corresponded to the sanitary and hygienic standards adopted in the farm on the basis of which the experiment was conducted, and the requirements of industrial cultivation technology. For the poultry, the planting density, microclimate parameters and lighting mode corresponded to the requirements of the cross. Feeding and watering were carried out in accordance with the rations and norms adopted in the farms. Compound feeds intended for poultry of the experimental groups were prepared separately, in accordance with the draft instructions for the feed additive Acidopul L. Results. When weighed on day 60, the average egg weight of the experimental group 1 exceeded the control analogues by 0.38 g or 0.6%, of the experimental group 2 \u2013 by 0.50 g or 0.8%. In terms of egg productivity, laying hens of the experimental group 1 exceeded control analogues by 0.38 eggs\/head or 2.9%, of the experimental group 2 \u2013 by 0.70 eggs\/head or 5.4%. According to the results of a biochemical study of the blood serum of laying hens, the control and experimental groups differed in total protein content: in the experimental group 1, the excess was by 4.15 g \/ l, or 11.5%, in the experimental group 2 \u2013 by 2.50 g \/ l or 6.0%. Over the entire observation period, the safety of livestock in experimental group 1 was 2.7% higher, in experimental group 2 \u2013 3.6%. According to the intensity of pecking, the poultry of the experimental group 1 was inferior to the control analogues by 0.9%, the experimental group 2 \u2013 by 1.8%. Conclusion. The results of the conducted studies indicate that the feed additive Acidopul L in the recommended dosage regimen of 1 liter per ton of compound feed (experimental group 1), 2 liters per ton of compound feed (experimental group 2) is able to have a beneficial effect on poultry products in the form of improved livestock Assessment of the state and development prospects of the Russian hornless breed population in breeding farms of the Volgograd region in the context of 2023 and 2024.\nMaterials and Methods. The population of the Russian hornless breed was studied on the basis of two breeding farms in the Volgograd region. The valuation reports and breeding records cards of the breeding plant and breeding reproducer for breeding this cattle breed were used to evaluate the population.\nResults. The study of the Russian Hornless breed population at JSC \"Breeding Farm named after Parizhskaya Kommuna\" showed that in 2024, compared to 2023, the herd increased by 17.45%, including by class: elite record \u2013 by 10.13%, elite \u2013 by 20.29%, class I \u2013 by 24.64%, respectively. At the same time, the number of heifers over 15 months old increased by 14.29%, heifers up to 12 months \u2013 by 47.85%, bulls up to 12 months \u2013 by 28.12%, respectively. Bulls obtained in 2023 from cows of the II calving exceeded bulls obtained in 2024 in live weight by 8.0%, heifers \u2013 by 4.25%; bulls from cows of the III calving \u2013 by 8.0%, heifers \u2013 by 6.25%, respectively. In LLC \"VolgoDonAgro\" in 2024, compared to 2023, more animals of the elite-record class were obtained by 4.04% and class I \u2013 by 3.12%, respectively, the number of cows increased by 9.32%, and heifers over 15 months of age decreased by 29.23%. Heifers of 2024 obtained from cows of the II and III calvings exceeded their peers in live weight by 2.0 and 2.0 kg.\nConclusion. To establish the effectiveness of the impact of the new mineral additive \"Ostoferol-calcium\" on the clinical condition and safety of the livestock, the dynamics of live weight, meat productivity indicators, hematological and biochemical blood parameters of broiler chickens.\nMaterials and Methods. The studies were carried out on broiler chickens of the Ross 308 cross in the conditions of Udmurt Poultry Farm LLC in the Republic of Udmurtia of the Russian Federation. Using the principle of analogues, three groups of day-old chickens of 100 heads each were formed, the experiment was carried out from 1 to 42 days (before slaughter). When carrying out research work, zootechnical, clinical and biochemical research methods were used. Hematological studies were performed in a certified laboratory on automatic biochemical analyzers using an appropriate set of biochemical reagents. The obtained results were processed using software, calculating the mean value (M), standard errors of the mean (\u00b1SEM) and determining the significance test of the difference according to Student-Fisher.\nResults. The content of calcium, magnesium, vitamin D in the blood of birds in the experimental groups was higher: calcium \u2013 by 1.16 (34.2%; P\u22640.001) and 1.19 mmol \/ l (34.8%; P\u22640.001), mag-nesium \u2013 by 0.15 (13.9%; P\u22640.05) and 0.17 mmol \/ l (15.5%; P\u22640.01) and vitamin D \u2013 by 4.2 (29.8%; P\u22640 .01) and 4.3 ng \/ ml (30.8%; P\u22640.01) in comparison with control analogues. By the end of the study, the difference between the chickens of experimental groups I and II and the control counterparts in favor of the experimental groups became significant: in live weight before slaughter \u2013 by 233.4 (8.2%; P\u22640.001) and 274.5 g (9.8%; P\u22640.001). P\u22640.001); average daily increase \u2013 by 5.9 (9.2%; P\u22640.001) and 6.8 g (10.6%; P\u22640.001) and absolute increase \u2013 by 132.1 (4.9%; P\u22640.05) and 173.4 g (6.4%; P\u22640.01).\nConclusion. These studies indicate a reliable positive effect of the new mineral additive \u201cOstoferol-calcium\u201d on the clinical condition, livestock safety, live weight dynamics, meat productivity indica-tors, hematological and biochemical parameters of the poultry body. The mineral supplement con-tributed to its enrichment with biologically significant chemical elements, vitamin D, as a result of which redox and metabolic processes were activated, and meat productivity increased.
