Knowledge and awareness about menstruation among males is equally important to overcome the negative beliefs and ill menstrual health of females.  Objective: To assess the knowledge and beliefs regarding menstruation among males at Chandernagar, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.  Methodology: Quantitative research approach with descriptive design was used to assess knowledge and beliefs regarding menstruation among males. A total of 500 men above the age of 18 years were included in the study by using consecutive sampling technique. The study was conducted for a period of two months from 1st January 2022 to 28th February 2022. The data was collected for 6 days in a week. The Self structured questionnaires to assess Knowledge and Belief of men towards menstruation were used for data collection.  Results: The mean age of study participants was 40.63 \u00c2\u00b1 11.58. The result of present study reveals that most of the subjects (approx. 41%) had poor and intermediate level of knowledge and rest of the subjects (17.6%) had good level of knowledge. Most of the subjects (81.2%) had negative belief and the remaining subjects (18.8%) had positive belief towards menstruation. A strong positive correlation (r=0.04) was found between knowledge and belief towards menstruation among males at p value = 0.01. To assess the quality of sleep among nursing students.\n\n2.      To evaluate the academic performance of nursing students.\n\n3.      To determine the relationship between quality of sleep and academic performance among nursing students.\n\n4.      To find out the association between quality of sleep among nursing students and their selected socio-demographic variables.\n\nMethodology:A quantitative research approach with Correlational research design was used in this study. Research setting was M.H.R DAV Institute of Nursing Jalandhar, Punjab. Total 60 samples were selected with Non probability purposive sampling technique. Verbal consent taken from the students who were currently enrolled in a nursing programme (students of B.Sc. Nursing) in the nursing college and who have passed the previous academic session successfully. Self-structured sleep quality scale was used to assess sleep quality among nursing students.\n\nResult and Conclusion: The mean score of sleep quality and academic performance was 54.70 with mean percentage of 68.30% and standard deviation of +7.64.  The maximum frequency percentage of academic performance among nursing students was 25 with mean percentage 41.70%. Hence, the correlation was found to be statistically non-significant. Hence, it can be said that there is no relation between sleep quality and academic performance.\n\nRecommendation: The study can be done on large sample to validate and generalized its findings.
