It is crucial to predict its output accurately. However, because of its complex coupling relationships with other equipment, it is still a challenging task. Previous methods mainly focus on the operation of the steam turbine individually while ignoring the coupling relationship with the condenser, which we believe is crucial for the prediction. Therefore, in this paper, to explore the coupling relationship between steam turbine and condenser, we propose a novel approach for steam turbine power prediction based on the encode-decoder framework guided by the condenser vacuum degree (CVD-EDF). In specific, the historical information within condenser operation conditions data is encoded using a long-short term memory network. Moreover, a connection module consisting of an attention mechanism and a convolutional neural network is incorporated to capture the local and global information in the encoder. The steam turbine power is predicted based on all the information. In this way, the coupling relationship between the condenser and the steam turbine is fully explored. Abundant experiments are conducted on real data from the power plant. Pre-sowing treatments had increased seed germination of various crop species. This experiment was conducted to study an effect of pre-sowing seed treatments on germination and vigor of the Samdeun upland rice seeds. Completely randomized design with 4 replications was used. Ten seed treatments were as follows: soaking in water with oxygen pumping (hydropriming) at 18\u02daC for 24, 48, 72 and 96-h, soaking in 1.0% KNO3 with oxygen pumping (osmopriming) at 18\u02daC for 24, 48, 72 and 96-h, soaking in water for 24-h at room temperature (traditional soaking), and a non-presowing treatment as a control treatment. Pre-sowing treatments showed a significant effect on germination percentage and all the tests for vigor. Hydropriming for 24, 48, 72-h and osmopriming for 24-h were better pre-sowing treatments for the Samdeun upland rice seeds with germination of 83.50, 81.50, 81.00, and 83.00%, respectively. These were highly significant (p\u22640.05) compared to non-treated seeds (71.00%), while the traditional soaking had germination of in the operation of hydropower station. For determining whether to repair the stilling basin slabs, periodic inspections of erosion condition of stilling basin slabs are required. The practical problem is how to get the underwater image without unwatering and how to analyse the abrasion though the images. This paper developed a novel underwater inspection system named UIS\u20101 which consists of a customized underwater robot and special quantitative analysis method for this situation. Firstly, the integrated component was designed for the underwater robot that partially removes the siltation and obtains the image of the concrete surface of stilling basin slabs in the desired position. Secondly, the paper proposed an image algorithm to obtain aggregate exposure ratio for quantitative abrasion analysis. This image algorithm used SLIC superpixel and the SVM machine learning method to detect the coarse aggregate exposure automatically. Then, the aggregate exposure ratio was calculated to analyse the degree of abrasion. Identifying a positive vision of research that supports racially just outcomes and differentiating it from efforts that simply study racialized difference are important steps for institutions seeking to better support anti-racist research (which may be described using a range of descriptors including e.g., \u2018abolitionist,\u2019 \u2018emancipatory,\u2019 or \u2018decolonial\u2019). Our research team conducted a mixed-methods study to identify: 1) characteristics and practices common across scholarly research that explicitly aims to advance racial justice, 2) institutional barriers to research that supports racially just outcomes, and 3) best practices to enable and support research practices and projects that advance racial justice. We identify foundational and supporting characteristics of anti-racist research as well as key challenges and supports for academics seeking to develop anti-racist research and pedagogy, resulting in preliminary guidelines for Wilczek]. In vitro selection for drought tolerance is an alternative method for early determination of drought tolerant plants. The objective of this study was to perform in vitro selection of mungbean genotypes under water stress induced by polyethylene glycol (PEG) 6000. Seeds of 18 genotypes were germinated in Murashige and Skoog (MS) liquid medium supplemented with different concentrations of PEG 6000 (0, 8, 12 and 16%). Germination percentage, promptness index, root length tolerance index, seed vigor index, seedling length tolerance index, seedling fresh weight tolerance index and seedling dry weight tolerance index were measured. The results showed reduced germination and growth in all genotypes with increasing PEG concentrations. Various genotypes responded differentially at 16% PEG. Interestingly, K-851, EG-MG-13, VI000411 A-G, and CES 44 showed a higher germination percentage, root length, seedling length and seed fresh weight than other genotypes, demonstrating their drought tolerance potential. Players can choose based on their preferences; some may enjoy slightly challenging games, while others prefer simpler, more relaxing options. This research focuses on stress-relief games that simulate real-world scenarios and allow players to relieve stress by destroying objects. The game has been designed to alleviate anxiety, anger, and stress by providing a virtual space for players to vent their frustrations. The game environment is designed to mimic stressful real-world settings, such as offices, classrooms, and kitchens, and players are equipped with virtual weapons like baseball bats, frying pans, and hammers. The game utilizes virtual reality technology and haptic feedback to create a realistic sense of destruction. Players can engage in various activities, such as smashing dishes, breaking bottles, and destroying targets within the stress-relief room. While current relaxation games emphasize enjoyment and reducing stress from prolonged focus, they do not address the four levels of stress defined by the Department of Mental Health: Level 1 (low), Level 2 (moderate), Level 3 (high), and Level 4 (severe). Stress from factors such as frequent criticism often falls into these higher categories and cannot be effectively addressed by general relaxation games. In terms of game development, the design of the room and its objects is highly realistic, setting it apart from existing games. The primary objectives are to: 1. design and develop a stress-relieving game using virtual reality technology; and 2. evaluate its effectiveness and user satisfaction. In terms of game development, the room design and objects in the room are highly realistic, making it different from existing games.The game has undergone usability testing by four experts and a satisfaction assessment by 30 participants. All participants completed a pre- and post-game stress assessment. The results showed that the game's effectiveness rating was 4.48 (SD = 0.49), indicating a high level of effectiveness. Overall user satisfaction was rated at 4.61 (SD = 0.53), indicating very high satisfaction. delivery of supportive and therapeutic services over the Internet. Online therapy offers the advantages of convenience and increased access to services. Service delivery may be problematic due to ethical concerns and legal liability. Limited research supports the efficacy of online therapy for a variety of health and social concerns.
