The survey covered a wider region that included the area proposed for development.<\/jats:p>\n                  <jats:p>This survey covered an area of 15,550 km2 and recognised 19 land systems ranging in area from about 97 km2 to 4,965 km2. A general description of the landscape and climate is given for the individual land systems together with a summary of their geology and geomorphology. Each land system has between two and seven land units, except one system representing levee country too complex to differentiate.<\/jats:p>\n                  <jats:p>In addition to the chapter describing the land systems, the report has six individual explanatory chapters:<\/jats:p>\n                  <jats:p>Map 1\u2014 Land Systems of the Townsville\u2013Bowen region, Queensland compiled by GA Stewart and RA Perry. Predictions are made by performing finite-element analysis of this three-dimensional geometry using the line-spring model, in conjunction with experimental plane-strain crack growth data from R-curves obtained from through-thickness-cracked compact-tension specimens.<\/jats:p>\n               <jats:p>Analysis of the surface flaw is based upon the incremental plasticity theory line-spring element, which has been incorporated into the ABAQUS\u00a9 general-purpose finite-element program.<\/jats:p>\n               <jats:p>The material under study is a low-alloy bainitic pressure vessel steel; namely, fossil energy ASTM A542, Class 3.<\/jats:p>\n               <jats:p>Results show that for the crack configuration considered here the amount of stable tearing is quite uniform along the crack front as is the local value of the J-integral. Power spectral analysis is a noninvasive tool for monitoring frequency analysis of heart rate variability (HRV) and autonomic control of the heart. This study examined HRV changes in preoperative diabetic patients without overt signs of autonomic dysfunction and in matched controls ( n = 18 per group). HRV values at \u221215\u00b0, 0\u00b0, 15\u00b0, 45\u00b0 and sitting positions were compared between groups and for each position. HRV in diabetic patients was lower than in controls at all positions (absolute units). Low-frequency power (normalized units) and the low-frequency\/high-frequency ratio increased significantly at 45\u00b0 and in sitting positions in controls but not in diabetic patients. Pre-existing autonomic derangements in diabetic patients without overt clinical symptoms can be aggravated by high-degree tilting or sitting positions. Consequently, great care should be taken during the intra- and perioperative management of these patients. environment is very favorable for SARSCOV- 2 transmission, making family groups susceptible to intra-household infection because they maintain direct contact with an infected person. We screened a cohort of 416 individuals who tested positive for SARS-CoV-2 from June to October 2021 for intradomiciliary infection. Twenty-two families with an average of 2 to 4 members were located in 12 municipalities in the state of Rond\u00f4nia. Nasopharyngeal samples were collected, extracted using the QIAamp viral RNA mini kit and genomic sequencing was performed using samples with ct&lt;25 by Illumina platform, the sequences were analyzed for phylogeny, mutations, and lineages. Among the samples analyzed 72.72% matched for VOC Delta and 27.27% for Gamma variant. The median viral load for both variants was 6.95. The main symptoms presented were cough, headache, and fever. No hospitalizations or deaths were reported. We observed that among the positive individuals, 24% were immunized with the 1st and 2nd dose, 40% were partially immunized, and 36% were not immunized. For each strain, subvariants were identified, being P.1.4 and P.1.14 for the Gamma variant and AY.43, AY.99.2 and AY.122 for Delta. The mutations mostly behaved as lineage-defining, with only eight families showing point mutations. In conclusion, it was observed that despite the low adherence to immunization, household cases were equally expressed in viral characteristics and in the low rate of hospital evolution for COVID-19, and this may be a factor associated with the permanence of infection in an isolated family
