Using this result and similar ideas, it is shown that at least one of<jats:italic>S<\/jats:italic><jats:sub>1<\/jats:sub>or<jats:italic>TLS<\/jats:italic>does not prove the Matiyasevich-Robinson-Davis-Putnam Theorem. It is also established that<jats:italic>TLS<\/jats:italic>does not prove a statement that roughly means nondeterministic linear time is equal to co-nondeterministic linear time. Spraque-Dawley rats, 250-300 g, were use in this study. Rats were divided into 4 groups. The first group has been undergone sham operation (SOR). Group 2, 3 and 4 undergone 5\/6 nephrectomy by removed the right kidney and ligated 2\/3 of renal artery. After surgery rats were kept in the individual cage for 5 weeks. Rats in group 1 and 2 (CNR) fed with normal protein diet only. Rats in group 3 were fed with normal protein diet and supplemented with 0.03 g\/rat\/day cereal (LNR). Rats in group 4 were fed with normal protein diet supplemented with 0.06 g\/rat\/day cereal (HNR). The cereal supplement was started 1 day after surgery. After 5 weeks rats were anesthetized and subjected to renal function study. At the end of the experiments, left kidney was isolated for the measurement of morphological alteration. There was no significant difference of body weight, blood pH, blood pressure and heart rate among all groups of rat post-treatment. However, rats with cereal supplementation had significant higher (P&lt;0.05) plasma urea and plasma creatinine concentration than rat without cereal supplementation. Rats in CNR had slightly higher in GFR and RPF compared to the left kidney from SOR indicating functional compensatory. Rats in LNR groups had similar GFR and slightly lower RPF compared to CNR causing higher filtration fraction. Rats in HNR group had higher GFR and RPF than CNR group. The higher GFR caused urinary sodium excretion in HNR higher than in CNR while fractional excretion of sodium was similar. The higher urinary flow rate caused urinary potassium excretion slightly higher in HNR compare to CNR while fractional excretion of potassium was similar. The structural changes that observed were similar among all groups of nephrectomized rats. In conclusion, 0.03 mg\/rat\/day cereal supplement did not improve renal function while 0.06 mg\/rat\/day cereal supplement increase GFR and ERPF in 5\/6 nephrectomized rats 5 weeks after treatment. This chapter mathematically proves that HONN models could converge and have mean squared errors close to zero. This chapter illustrates the learning algorithm with update formulas. HONN models are compared with SAS Nonlinear (NLIN) models and results show that HONN models are 3 to 12% better than SAS Nonlinear models. Moreover, this chapter shows how to use HONN models to find the best model, order and coefficients, without writing the regression expression, declaring parameter names, and supplying initial parameter values. Protein phosphorylation is a crucial process in cell regulation, with dysregulation linked to cancer progression, including human breast cancer. Although phosphoproteins have emerged as diagnostic and predictive markers in human breast cancer, knowledge remains limited on their role in FMC. In this study, the phosphoproteomic profiles of specimens for FMC grades 1 (n\u2009=\u20096), grade 2 (n\u2009=\u200911), grade 3 (n\u2009=\u200914), and normal controls (n\u2009=\u20096) were compared by phosphoprotein enrichment coupled with liquid chromatography\u2013tandem mass spectrometry. Seventeen downregulated phosphoproteins were identified across all FMC grades, many of which have established roles in human breast cancer pathogenesis and prognosis. Serine\/threonine\u2013protein phosphatase was identified as a potential growth promoter and therapeutic target, while acid phosphatase, prostate, and ribonuclease L were identified as tumor suppressors. Furthermore, the ABC-type glutathione-S-conjugate transporter was associated with multidrug resistance. Protein kinase AMP-activated noncatalytic subunit gamma 3 was associated with increased breast cancer risk. In this study, it was also found to be associated with Ki-67 expression in FMC (<jats:italic><jats:italic>p<\/jats:italic><\/jats:italic>\u2009=\u20090.03). These phosphoproteins interacted with various proteins, immune checkpoint molecules, and chemotherapy drugs associated with mammary cancer in both human and feline species. Furthermore, proteins, such as butyrophilin subfamily 1 member A1, keratin, type I cytoskeletal 10, HECT domain E3 ubiquitin protein ligase 3, nuclear receptor binding SET domain protein 3, and stomatin-like 2, were identified and implicated in cancer progression and prognosis. This study is the first phosphoproteomic investigation of FMC, highlighting the interactions of relevant phosphoproteins with other proteins and chemotherapy drugs associated with both feline and human mammary cancers. Sci."],"abstract":"<jats:p>An 8-month-old, intact male, domestic shorthair cat was referred for a mass on the proximal ventral part of the tail which had been found since the animal was born, and due to the presence of a linear fissure with rows of ectopic teeth, the veterinarian suspected that the mass had recently ruptured. Tail amputation was elected and the entire mass was successfully surgically excised. From the gross examination, this mass had an open cyst-like structure with a prominent area composed of hair, teeth, and bone. Histopathology revealed two components of germinal layers including hair follicles, adnexal tissue, neural tissue, teeth, muscle, fat, bone, and lymphatic vessels. The histopathological diagnosis was consistent to mature teratoma.
