The quality of the learning media used by lecturers is to influence the effectiveness of online learning. Therefore, training is needed to strengthen lecturers' skills in developing interactive media effective in online learning. This community service aims to improve the biology education lecturers' knowledge and skills regarding interactive media design in online learning. Participants of this activity were 27 Lecturers of Biology Education at FSTT Mandalika University of Education. The training activity is carried out in three stages, namely (1) Preparation, (2) Implementation, (3) Reflection \/ Evaluation. Training activities are held online \/ webinar on Saturday \/ 25 July 2020 at 07.00-12.00 WITA with a series of events, namely opening, remarks from the Head of the Biology Education Study Program, delivery of training materials, discussions, conveying impressions and messages. The training activities were carried out well, even though there were some shortcomings. This is supported by the participants' messages at the end of the activity, namely (1) 100% of the training participants gave positive responses such as feeling happy, enthusiastic, enthusiastic, and helped by the holding of this training activity; (2) 75% of participants gave suggestions so that similar training activities could be carried out periodically at the beginning of preparation for each semester. Online practicum learning at SMK is more challenging to implement. Students must possess the demands cognitive, affective, and psychomotor competencies. The main challenge for online learning in vocational education is how to expand traditional practice laboratories to the internet. This article synthesizes the study of virtual laboratories for online practicum learning. Articles published in the last five years are systemically reviewed. The existence of a laboratory that is fundamental to the experimentation of an object needs to be confirmed for its existence. Initially, virtual laboratories were developed to manipulate the presentation of difficult-to-handle materials in natural laboratories and abstract overview concepts. Opportunities to manage content that resembles actual conditions, visualization of complex materials, limited resources that can be overcome, personalization of learning, the minimal possibility of work accidents, the flexibility of time are the advantages of a virtual laboratory. Students are assumed to experience real-life education in the laboratory. Prepracticum demonstrations in natural laboratories provide an opportunity to increase the achievement of learning objectives. Types of virtual laboratories that can be developed in online practicum learning are video-based laboratories, web-based laboratories, and remote-based laboratories. With the existence of a comprehensive study, the research results can be a reference for the development of virtual laboratory media for vocational learning. Using a descriptive-qualitative research method, data were collected through observation and semi-structured interviews with research subjects, namely fishermen and traders around Pelabuhan Ratu. The data samples were 4 fishermen at the Fish Auction Market and 2 traders at the Traditional Market. The results showed that there were 21 internal code switching events with 18 events in fishermen and 3 events in traders. The significant difference in frequency between the code switching data of fishermen and traders was caused by differences in the background of the research subjects. This affected the speech of indigenous fishermen so that many code switching events occurred, while traders were indigenous people who had lived in Pelabuhan Ratu for a long time. Meanwhile, 37 code mixing events were found consisting of 4 code mixing in the form of words, 22 code mixing in the form of phrases, and 11 code mixing in the form of clauses. Based on these data, code switching events generally occur when speakers adjust their language to their conversation partners, while code mixing occurs because of the speaker's habit of mixing the use of Indonesian and Sundanese in everyday conversation. This study implies that the coastal community of Pelabuhan Ratu is a bilingual community that actively uses Indonesian and Sundanese in everyday communication. This finding can contribute to the development of sociolinguistic studies in other coastal areas. Attack and defense in football game starts from the goalkeeper. The Goalkeeper just has good concentration and speed to play football. According to observations made by researchers, the obstacles that exist in football goalkeepers are the ability to reaction speed and performance during match due to the lack of variation training method. Therefore, with the goalkeeping reaction training, it is expected to be able to train skills, especially reaction speed and performance when competing well which can support the quality of soccer goalkeepers. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect to reaction training on reaction speed and goalkeeper performance during matches. The research is an experimental study using the a pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were all 10 goalkeepers at the SSB Putra Bungbulang. The technique used to sample is a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis on the study are normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothetical test. Pendidikan merupakan investment in human Capital dalam bentuk economic values yang dikendalikan oleh human factors yang memiliki cualification dan sumber daya manusia yang memadai. Ekonomi pendidikan memberikan pandangan yang mempelajari interrelationship antara ekonomi dan pendidikan. Faktor-faktor yang bersifat teknis diantaranya adalah rendahnya kualitas guru, rendahnya sarana fisik, mahalnya biaya pendidikan, rendahnya prestasi siswa, rendahnya kesejahteraan guru, rendahnya relevansi pendidikan dengan kebutuhan, kurangnya pemerataan kesempatan pendidikan. Namun sebenarnya yang menjadi masalah mendasar dari pendidikan di Indonesia adalah sistem pendidikan di Indonesia itu sendiri yang menjadikan siswa sebagai objek, sehingga manusia yang dihasilkan dari sistem ini adalah manusia yang hanya siap untuk memenuhi kebutuhan zaman dan bukannya bersikap kritis terhadap zamannya. The research method used was descriptive qualitative. The population is 30 ssb players aged 6-18 years. Sampling using purposive sampling technique, samples were taken aged 6-8 years with 5 people. Data analysis techniques are collecting data, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This research can be concluded that gross motor skills have a significant impact on soccer sports, because basically gross motor skills are the ability to move the body using large muscles that are needed so that children can do passing, dribbling, shooting This research uses the Harzing's Publish or Perish application by establishing a Google Scholar database with a time span of the last 10 years, used to select articles that contain information about the use of physical education learning models. The journal search used the systematic literature review method. The prism flow diagram was used to identify articles through the filtering and data extraction process. Of the 487 articles downloaded, the remaining 88 final articles went through the inclusion and exclusion screening process using criteria and were analyzed. The results of the review article are in accordance with the systematic review analysis of the literature. The trend review is the cooperative learning learning model, proven by the analysis of the number of articles per year. The results of using the physical education learning model in primary and secondary schools provide a positive influence on students. One of the pre-treatment stages is coagulation and flocculation. In several studies, the mixture of polymer and clay fulfills the properties of coagulant and flocculant materials. A mixture of poly-DADMAC polymer and sepiolite clay can be used as a coagoflocculant at the same time. This study aims to analyze whether a project to manufacture clay polymer nanocomposites is feasible or not. By taking into account various perspectives including engineering and economic perspectives, this project is considered prospective to be carried out. This is indicated by the increase in the Profitability Index (PI) value of 5.33658 in the third year from -0.00975 which was the PI value the previous year. In twenty-four hours, the project can produce approximately 8.25 tonnes of adsorbent. The total profit earned in one year reaches 719,738.04 USD when run under ideal conditions. The effort to integrate religious education and\u00a0general education has not reached a satisfactory result. Several concepts have been offered, but\u00a0they still leave the problems off dualism policy in the Islamic higher education institution.\u00a0Therefore, I offer the concept of hybridization of higher educations. This endeavor is very\u00a0urgent to be done because there is a tendency of Islamic higher education institutions and\u00a0general higher education institutions to be more apart, although there are the offers of conceptof science Islamization, Islam as Science, or the integration and interconnection of science.Tulisan ini hendak mempersoalkan sekaligus memberi solusi terhadap permasalahan\u00a0dualisme kebijakan lembaga pendidikan tinggi islam. Upaya memadukan pendidikan\u00a0agama dan pendidikan umum belum sampai pada kata memuaskan. Beberapa\u00a0konsep sudah ditawarkan namun masih menyisakan persoalan berupa dualisme\u00a0kebijakan lembaga pendidikan tinggi Islam. Oleh karena itu, saya menawarkan\u00a0konsep tentang hibridasi lembaga pendidikan tinggi. Diversity can be a gift or a disaster. If properly managed it can enrich human lives; on the contrary, if not properly managed it can lead to disaster in the form of tension, conflict, and violence. The function Islamic Education as a subject that is still preserved in the National Education System is expected to shape the character of students, so that they become Muslims who fear (in the sense of obedience to Allah),and at the same time be a citizen of Indonesia that is tolerant, accepting the condition of multi-cultural, and reject all forms of oppression that degrades human dignity. It specifically can be seen from learning objectives, that is to realize the Indonesian people who are religious, noble, knowledgeable, diligent to worship, intelligent, productive, honest, fair, ethical, disciplined, tolerant (tasamuh), maintaining harmony and developing religious culture at school. Philosophically, Islamic education is relevant to and an integral part of the national education system. The position of Islamic education as a subsystem of national education serves not only as a supplement, but as a substantial component. It means that Islamic education is a crucial component of national educational journey.
