This study proposes the addition indicators for SDG#7 achievement to assess the readiness of provinces in Java Island in terms of ensuring access to affordable, sustainable, clean, and modern energy from electricity which associated with the early termination program of coal-fired power plant (CFPP). The additional indicators are access to electricity, reliability of electricity, electricity security and energy poverty. This waste can be degraded using laccase-producing microorganisms. The microorganisms used in the research were the fungus Rigidoporus sp J12 and the bacteria Stenotrophomonas maltophilia BM. This research aims to determine the ability of Rigidoporus sp J12 and Stenotrophomonas maltophilia BM and their consortium in producing laccase, observing their ability to degrade Poly R-478 which is an indicator of phenoloxidase activity and batik waste. Microorganisms are grown in growth media and then placed in media containing Poly R-478 or batik waste. Inducers are added to increase laccase activity. The inducers used were 15 g\/L sucrose, 200 \u00b5M CuSO4 and 40 mM veratryl alcohol. The results showed that Rigidoporus sp J12 and Stenotrophomonas maltophilia BM produced laccase in PDB and NA media. The highest laccase activity was found in the enzyme produced by Rigidoporus sp J12 in PDB media at a temperature of 40\u00b0C, media pH 6.0 and the addition of sucrose. Rigidoporus sp J12 degraded batik waste by 39.38% and increased by 2.12 times after adding sucrose and incubation for 15 days. These bacteria and fungi can be used to degrade batik waste in order to prevent environmental pollution. Sci."],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[1985]]},"abstract":"<jats:p>Basal plasma concentrations (four 30-min samples) and GnRH-induced release of gonadotrophins were measured every 15 days between 30 and 90 days and at 110 days of age in Merino ewe lambs from the prolific Booroo1a ('B') flock (n = 18-23), the medium prolificacy ('T') flock (n = 14-20), and the '0' flock (n = 4-8) of low prolificacy. At ages of 30 and 45 days B ewe lambs had mean basal plasma FSH concentrations of 145 and 122 ng\/ml which were significantly higher (P &lt; 0\ufffd01) than those seen in T (45 and 53 ng\/ml), and 0 (39 and 38 ng\/ml) flock ewes. Between 60 and 110 days of age there were no significant differences between genotypes. The increment in FSH concentrations above basal levels induced by the subcutaneous injection of 100 ,.g synthetic GnRH was only significantly (P &lt; 0\ufffd05) greater in B than T and 0 genotype ewe lambs at llO days of age but not at other ages. Objectives: To evaluate the effects of fertilization and feeding in the growth and production of Puntius sophore culture in seasonal ponds. Materials and Methods: Six ponds were used during this study under two treatments. Two treatments such as T1 (only fertilizer) and T2 (fertilization and supplementary feeding) were run in triplicate. P. sophore was stocked in the two treatments at the rate of 15500 ha-1 after necessary pond preparation and fertilization. Results: Important physico-chemical factors viz., temperature, transparency, pH dissolved oxygen and total hardness of two treatments were found within the productive ranges. Four groups of phytoplankton were found in the ponds namely Bacillariophyceae, Chlorophyceae, Cyanophyceae and Euglenophyceae and two groups of zooplankton viz. Crustacea and Rotifera. P. sophore successfully breed in both treatments. However, the number of fish harvested was 122135 ha-1 in T1 and 113335 ha-1 in T2. Yet the total production was higher in T2 (1091.40 kg ha-1) than in T1 (842.72 kg ha-1) as the individuals found in T2 gained more weight than those in T1 reflecting the effects of regular feeding. Conclusion: The study indicated that both fertilizer and feed based treatment was to improve more production than only fertilizer based treatment under seasonal pond conditions. This study presents a hydrogeochemical characterization of 21 springs in the Peruvian Tropical Highlands, expanding on previous records of only six sources. The springs, which are thermal, saline, and sulfurous, are located between 384 and 3147 m a.s.l., mainly in mountainous areas with structural slopes and permeable sedimentary formations, such as the Pulluicana Group (composed mainly of sandstones and shales) and the Sarayaquillo Formation (characterized by reddish sandstones and siltstones). Physicochemical analysis showed temperatures ranging from 15.1 to 38.2 \u00b0C, pH from 5.20 to 8.72, conductivity between 0.05 and 253 mS\/cm, and total dissolved solids from 0.02 to 162.50 g\/L. High levels of arsenic and aluminum, likely originating from the natural weathering of rocks rich in these elements, exceeded national limits. Microbiological analysis detected fecal coliforms and Escherichia coli, indicating potential health risks.
